Customer Service Forms

Below you will find all the forms you need to complete to get assistance from our company. Note that our webchat and phone line are for pre-sales support only.  We do not provide ad hoc telephone support as it is too inefficient for us to do so. That being said we try to reply to each technical or customer service form within 1-2 hours and if we need to then call you we will. The only way to open a support ticket is to complete the form and include photos and video. This makes the diagnosis of any fault much quicker.

Goods Return Form

Used to return unwanted goods but do please include photos showing the purchase undamaged before it is returned to us.

Damaged Goods on Arrival Form

Something arrived to you damaged. Get in contact with us so we can quickly assess the damage and provide a replacement or credit

Client Verification Form

We will ask you to complete this form if your purchase has a fraud warning on it and we need proof of your identity and address.

Xmas order date cut-off 2024

Please note we have stopped taking orders for 2024. Orders placed during the Xmas break will be manufactured on 2nd/3rd of Jan 2025 and dispatched on a next day delivery. We will be closed from 19th Dec 2024 to the 1st Jan 2025 inclusive.
