Description

The Advance is a new design sit-stand desk based on a proprietary control box and handset and driven by Bosch® motors. Quiet and smooth it also has an updated foot design and comes with neater slides meaning no need for holes in the legs. The handset also comes with a USB outlet for charging your phone or other accessory. The frame comes in two and three stage leg versions and is manufactured from mild steel meaning it is super stable. The fully matt powder coat tops off what we see as a very well made, durable product with a modern design aesthetic.

The 3-stage leg desk has a height range of 650-1300mm. It can be loaded up to 120Kg.

The 2-stage leg desk has a height range of 710-1180mm. It can be loaded to 120Kg

It has 4 position memory, 2 or 3 section legs, enhanced anti-collision and motor thermal protection.
2 Section legs - Advance Base S2
Max. user height is approx 6'2" (188cm) and the min. user height is approx 5'3" (161cm). Desk movement speed is 32mm/s. Although cheaper the desk is just as stable as it is with 3 section legs. The compormise is in the height range and movement speed. Leg sections are 80x50mm and 70x40mm.
3 Section legs - Advance S2
Max. user height is approx 6'8" (203cm) and the min. user height is approx 4'10" (147cm). Desk movement speed is 38mm/s. The extra price gives the greater height range and faster moving speed. Leg sections are 90x60mm 80x50mm and 70x40mm.

    Absolutely stunning

    I ordered during the Christmas break and received the desk extremely fast. Assembly with the inserts was a breeze and I'm very happy about the product overall. One little disagreement I have is that i took the desktop pc holder but my case wasn't compatible (too big, my fault for not checking to be honest). I would definitely recommend and consider ordering other accessories if needed.

    High Build Quality and Customizability - Excellent Desk

    Very happy with this SS Desk from gostand.ie - the pre-drilled option was very worth it - and the 3-Part Leg for my height is perfect. Can't reccomend enough (and the quick turnaround and careful delivery was very appreciated)

    Everything I was after in a standing desk

    I have been using the Advance S2 for about two weeks.I had the insert (easiest) assembly option and was very happy with the assembly process, it was nice and easy with clear instructions.The desk itself looks and feels great, exacly as I hoped for based on the images in purchasing process.Very stable at both seated and standing heights. The motor is smooth and control panel easy to set up and use.Highly recommend!

    Very Pleased

    This is my second standing desk, and I was initially attracted by how transparent GoStand is on their website about materials, manufacturing, pricing, etc. The desk itself is exactly what I expected thanks to their descriptions, and putting it together was very straightforward thanks to the metal inserts option I chose to add. I have only used it a week, but I am very pleased with it so far. Motors are smooth and a good balance between quick to rise and not too fast to wobble anything on the desk. Stability at the top is good for the weight of the desk, not as stable as some I have seen, but again it is exactly what I expected thanks to their transparency and it is steady enough for me at max height. I chose the Alaska color for the finish of the top and it looks really good for a laminate. Overall I think a very good desk for its price range.

    Great product.

    Very happy with the desk. Clear instruction to put together and easy with the inserts, just beware that the box withe legs in is very heavy. Cable tidy and tray are a must as far as I am concerned, although as can be seen from the picture I still need to do a little tidying, although I probably have more than most as mine is set up for both a PC and laptop.

    LOVE IT!

    This is an incredible desk. Love the quality. Def suggest making life easy and getting the full fittings option extra. Makes life so much easier. The only pain is Parcelforce and having no certainty on the delivery slot but minor issue. Def buy again. Got the optional drawer underneath, wireless charger and cable tray etc. makes it a nice fully featured desk

    Great table, delivery service below standards

    I really love the table, but I didn't like the delivery service. I wasn't notified in advance about the exact date and timing of the delivery (it seems strange to me that a customer is expected to sit at home without goin out for several days, expecting for the table to be delivered), but I was lucky enought to be home when the delivery came, so not a big deal. BUT the delivery guys put the boxes at the door into my apartment and refused to bring them in because "they are not allowed to". What if I live alone? Am I supposed to be able to hande these heavy boxes myself (again, without being notified about the date and time of the delivery, I didn't even have the chance to call anyone to help me). I imagine a different level of service when I purchase a table that costs GBP 500, to be quite honest.
